By using rankedskins (the "Site") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What this Site is

The Site publishes independent reviews, comparisons and guides about third-party CS2 skin platforms. We are an information service only: we do not operate gambling, hold funds, process trades or sell skins. All play happens on third-party sites under their own terms.

2. Age requirement

The Site is intended for adults aged 18 or older (21+ where local law requires). By using it you confirm you meet the age requirement in your jurisdiction.

3. Your responsibility for local law

Skin gambling and skin trading are regulated differently around the world and are prohibited in some jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to verify that using any platform we describe is legal where you live. Nothing on the Site is an invitation to break local law.

4. No financial or legal advice

All content is general information and opinion, not financial, investment or legal advice. Skin values fluctuate; gambling carries a negative expected return. Never stake more than you can afford to lose.

5. Affiliate disclosure

Outbound links to reviewed platforms are affiliate links, routed through our /go/ redirects, and we may earn a commission when you sign up or deposit through them, at no extra cost to you. 6. Accuracy of information

We test platforms regularly, but bonuses, codes, fees and terms change without notice and third-party sites can change behaviour overnight. Information is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy or completeness, always verify current terms on the platform itself before depositing.

7. Third-party sites

We are not responsible for the content, conduct, solvency or security of any third-party platform, including those we review positively. Disputes with a platform must be resolved with that platform.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage, including lost skins, funds or data, arising from your use of the Site or of any third-party platform found through it.

9. Intellectual property

Site content (text, design, graphics) belongs to us or our licensors. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link; wholesale copying is prohibited. Platform names and logos remain the property of their respective owners; the Site is not affiliated with Valve Corporation.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes means acceptance. The date above reflects the latest revision.

11. Governing law

This site is operated from the Netherlands and these terms are governed by Dutch law. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
